Refund & Returns Policy


All of the garments on this website are made to order, and embroidered/ printed individually to cover each order.

As all garments are custom- made and or personalised we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is deemed faulty – if you believe your item is faulty please contact us as quickly as possible from receiving your order. We may ask for photos via email / message prior to returning your item to us. Once received and inspected we will be in touch to process your refund or exchange.

Please be confident in the size you are ordering as it cannot be swapped, please do not hesitate to contact us should you need further sizing information.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
